A NEWSSTAND COPY OF EPE FEB 2005 IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLEASE READ THE IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW. U.K. EDITIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

UK readers may have been aware of a major fire which closed the M25, the London orbital motorway, over the weekend of 8th/9th January. It caused widespread traffic disruption and one bore of the Dartford tunnel under the Thames remained closed on the Monday. (The fire was still burning, despite the best efforts of the fire brigade, on Thursday 13 th). BBC News link.

The fire was at Tytherleigh’s warehouse in Thurrock, this is the company our distributor uses to send export copies of EPE around the world. Over 8,000 copies of the February ‘05 issue of EPE were delivered to Tytherleigh on Friday 7 th January ready for export – unfortunately they were all destroyed.

This means that the February issue will not be available on newsstands outside of the UK.

UK issues and worldwide subscription issues have not been affected.

Unfortunately we do not keep enough ‘back issues’ to meet the potential demand from overseas readers, however, anyone can pay for a single issue and download it from our EPE Online website at www.epemag.com for just $5 (US dollars) – or even pay for 12 issues for just $10.99!

Whilst we hope this type of disruption will never happen again if you take out a subscription to either the Online issue or to the printed issue then your copies are guaranteed.

The Online issue offers excellent value for money at $10.99 (US dollars) for 12 issues – payable with a credit card on-line at www.epemag.com, where you can also download the first issue (or any back issues you buy) instantly and print it out if you wish. (Click here to go to the EPE Online website).

Printed issue subscription prices are also excellent value with issues being posted around the world for less than the UK cover price for one year, and UK subscriptions represent an excellent discount against newsstand prices. (Click here to order a printed copy subscription).

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
