Using a 2-line 16 character LCD as a readout together
with a PIC 16F876 (20MHz version preferred), you can now
build an amazing versatile signal tracer that will provide
you with frequency and voltage measurements, together with
a basic waveform display of the signal being tested!

The MICRO-PIC Scope is designed primarily for audio
signal tracing applications. It shows a basic waveform
representation, plus digital readout of frequency and voltage.

Don't forget that you can buy pre-programmed PIC chips from
e.g. Magenta Electronics (www.magenta2000.co.uk) as well
as programming your own from our free source code. Anyone can
build the project, and you don't need a PC to use the ready-
programmed MCU.

The construction couldn't be more simple, and by using the
built-in ADC of the PIC 16F87x family, a complete self-contained
project can now be assembled. If this brilliant project
doesn't sell you on PIC projects, nothing will!

The latest version of the software is available from
